Service 01

Wellness check-in calls

A representative calls at the agreed time and confirms the basics: your loved one is awake, reached, and able to talk. The call follows a short structured flow so nothing important gets skipped.

  • Calls placed within the time window you approve, not at random
  • Structured prompts covering meals, medication routine, mood, and plans for the day
  • Anything unusual is flagged in the record and routed to your escalation list
  • Where possible, the same small group of representatives handles your family

Family alerts

When something happens, the people you approved hear about it the same day, in plain language, with the facts we actually have.

  • Sent by email, phone call, or both, depending on urgency and preference
  • Every authorized contact receives the same message
  • Alerts state what happened and what we did next, without speculation
  • Contacts can be added or removed by the account holder

Appointment and routine reminders

We call ahead, confirm the details, and note whether a reminder was understood.

  • Medical visits, transportation pickups, and pharmacy refills
  • Standing weekly routines such as laundry day, church, or family calls
  • Reminder timing set per item

Companion calls

A longer, unhurried call for adults who go most of the week without conversation.

  • Assigned to a consistent representative where possible
  • Topics tracked lightly so the next call can pick up where the last one ended
  • Changes in mood or engagement are noted for the family
  • Available on its own or layered onto daily check-ins

Primary contact

Your first authorized contact is notified.

Stage 03

Secondary contacts

We continue down the approved list.

Stage 04

Emergency services

Read this part carefully

NurtureCare is not an emergency response service and does not monitor anyone continuously.

Service 06

Care Manager coordination

On Premium, one named person owns your family's file, reads every call record, watches for patterns, and keeps relatives working from the same picture.

  • Named point of contact
  • Monthly family review call
  • Non-medical coordination around appointments and routines
  • Priority handling on escalations
