Remote care support

Someone calls. Every day it is scheduled. And your family hears back.

NurtureCare places recurring wellness calls to aging adults, writes down what was said, and notifies the family when a call is missed or something needs attention.

Not a medical service

We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. We call, we listen, we document, we tell the family.

Not an emergency line

Emergencies go to 911. We handle the routine contact that keeps small problems from becoming large ones.

Not another app to install

Your parent answers the phone. That is the entire technology requirement on their side.

Why families choose us

Distance is the problem. A written record is the answer.

Most families are not short on concern. They are short on information. We produce the same information every week, in the same format, so nobody has to guess or re-litigate what happened.

  • A live human on the call, not an automated check-in app
  • Notes written after each call and available to authorized contacts
  • An escalation path decided before you need it, not during
  • One weekly summary sent to every approved relative at once
  • Plan changes allowed any month as needs shift

Where our responsibility ends

We are a non-medical, non-emergency service. If a call raises an urgent safety concern, we follow your escalation list and direct the situation to emergency services.

How it works

Four steps from first call to first summary

Onboarding takes one conversation. Calls usually begin within two business days.

Step 01

Intake

We record routines, preferred call times, authorized contacts, and what counts as a concern.

Step 02

Plan selection

You choose weekly, daily, or Premium coverage based on how much contact is needed.

Step 03

Calls begin

The support team places calls on schedule and documents each one the same day.

Step 04

Family reporting

Approved contacts receive alerts as they happen and one written summary each week.

Plans

Three levels of contact
